We have completed comprehensive training, are Nationally Certified and members of ASHI.<\/strong>
Integrity Home Inspections inspects all homes to the American Society of Home Inspectors\u2019 Standards of Practice. All inspections are conducted by an inspector who has completed the Master\u2019s Training Course through the American Home Inspectors\u2019 Training Institute. Our inspector, Josh Redenbaugh, went a step further by passing the National Home Inspector Examination (Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors) which is required in many states to be a home inspector.<\/p>

We are Fully Licensed for Radon Measurement\u00a0and Use Continuous Radon Monitors.<\/strong>
We offer radon testing to our clients. Eliminate another service from a different company and test for radon at the time of inspection. We use continuous radon monitors that can measure peaks, averages, and min\/max readings. We offer a measurement-only service, so our clients need not to worry about “the sales pitch” for unnecessary radon mitigation systems.<\/p>

We use detailed and descriptive electronic reporting software.<\/strong>
Any home inspection is only as good as the documentation. When we complete a home inspection, our clients receive a completely interactive report. Our detailed report is completely customizable. We are able to add as many sections, sub-sections, and individual items as it takes to provide a complete and thorough report on any type of home. Our reports can be viewed online with a private URL, which means that the client has access to full-sized, high resolution photos. We can also use video clips, which is great for showing actions observed during the inspection (like water leaks).<\/p>

We provide continued service.<\/strong>
We encourage you to contact us at any time after the inspection with any questions or concerns that you might have. There are no additional charges for any follow up questions that you might have.
